If you're used to having lunch or dinner while watching TV, then try to change! If you look at the news or a film while eating, your brain will not record your food intake well enough and you may get hungry again quickly. If you want to be satisfied after a meal, take a look at what's on your plate! In general, the brain needs at least twenty minutes to store enough food visuals to generate the sensation of fullness. This means that if you eat or dine without looking at your food, you may be hungry after your meal, even if it was a high calorie meal. It may be time to review your eating habits completely, whether it's the ingredients themselves or how you eat. At the end of the meal, make yourself a cup of tea and switch on your TV set... but not before!
